NEW Student Enrollment
Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.

Before you can enroll your student for the Sequim School District, you must create a temporary user account.  Please enter the requested information below to create your temporary user account.
You must have an email address to create an account. A login name will be created for you based on your email address. 
NOTE: If your enrollment application is approved, a “re-set account” link will be automatically sent to your email address. The “re-set link” will give you your new permanent username and the ability to update your password.  Since your application has been approved, you will no longer see your student application listed in the Enrollment module.
Access to the Skyward Family Access module will not be available to you until the end of July when your student becomes “active” in our data base for the upcoming school year. Be sure and save this new account information so you can access your student’s information.
